2. PURPOSE OF THE GIVEAWAY
To celebrate and close the first ARIMAA collection, ARIMAA is organising a promotional giveaway in which one eligible participant will have the opportunity to win an ARIMAA prize consisting of one Abaya Burkini and two Liquid Jersey Hijabs.
Participation is free and does not require a purchase.
3. PROMOTIONAL PERIOD
The giveaway starts on 13 August 2026 and ends on 20 August 2026 at 23:59 CEST.
Any participation submitted after the closing date and time will not be taken into consideration.
4. ELIGIBILITY
The giveaway is open internationally.
Participants may enter from any country, provided that they are legally permitted to participate in promotional activities of this type under the laws applicable to them.
Participants must provide accurate information when contacted as a potential winner.
ARIMAA reserves the right to exclude any participant where participation would be contrary to applicable law.
5. HOW TO PARTICIPATE
To participate, users must complete all participation requirements communicated in the official ARIMAA giveaway post on Instagram.
The participation requirements may include, for example:
- Following the official ARIMAA Instagram account;
- Liking the official giveaway post;
- Commenting on the giveaway post and tagging the required number of accounts;
- Completing any other participation requirement expressly stated in the official giveaway post.
Participants may enter multiple times, provided that each individual entry complies with all participation requirements.
ARIMAA reserves the right to disregard entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, automated, duplicated in a manner contrary to the stated rules, or otherwise do not comply with the participation requirements.
6. WINNER SELECTION
Because the giveaway is organised by a company established in Belgium, the winner will not be selected solely by random draw.
The winner will be determined according to the skill-based mechanism communicated in the official giveaway post.
Where several participants obtain the same qualifying result, ARIMAA will apply the tie-breaking mechanism stated in the giveaway post.
ARIMAA's decision regarding the eligibility of entries and the final winner, based on the published rules, will be final.
7. PRIZE
There will be one (1) winner.
The winner will receive:
- One (1) ARIMAA Abaya Burkini, in an available size and colour selected by the winner, subject to stock availability;
- Two (2) ARIMAA Liquid Jersey Hijabs, in colours selected by the winner, subject to stock availability.
The winner may choose from the available colours and sizes at the time the prize is claimed.
If a requested colour, size or product is no longer available, ARIMAA will offer the winner the possibility to select another available option.
The prize cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to another person, or exchanged for another product unless ARIMAA agrees otherwise.
8. SHIPPING
ARIMAA will arrange and cover the standard shipping cost for the prize to the winner's provided delivery address.
The winner is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
For international deliveries, any customs duties, import taxes, local taxes, customs clearance fees or other charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the winner, where applicable.
ARIMAA cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, courier companies or circumstances outside ARIMAA's reasonable control.
9. CONTACTING THE WINNER
The selected winner will be contacted through the communication method specified by ARIMAA, such as Instagram direct message.
The winner must respond within 7 days of the initial contact.
If the winner does not respond within this period, cannot be verified as an eligible participant, or has not completed all required participation steps, ARIMAA reserves the right to select another eligible winner through the applicable skill-based mechanism.
10. DISQUALIFICATION
A participant may be disqualified if:
- They have not completed all mandatory participation requirements;
- Their participation contains false or misleading information;
- They use fraudulent, automated or abusive methods to participate;
- They attempt to manipulate the giveaway or its participation process;
- They otherwise fail to comply with these Terms & Conditions or the instructions communicated in the official giveaway post.
If a selected winner is disqualified, ARIMAA may select another eligible participant in accordance with the winner-selection mechanism.
11. RESPONSIBILITY OF PARTICIPANTS
By participating, participants confirm that the information they provide is accurate and that they comply with these Terms & Conditions.
Participants are responsible for ensuring that their participation is lawful in their country of residence.
12. PERSONAL DATA
Personal data collected in connection with the giveaway will be processed by ARIMAA for the purposes of administering the giveaway, verifying the winner, communicating with participants where necessary, and arranging delivery of the prize.
Personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable data-protection legislation, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Participation in the giveaway does not automatically subscribe a participant to ARIMAA's marketing communications.
13. INSTAGRAM DISCLAIMER
This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.
By participating, participants acknowledge that Instagram is not responsible for the giveaway or for any claims arising from or related to it.
Participants release Instagram from any responsibility in connection with this giveaway.
14. MODIFICATION OR CANCELLATION
ARIMAA reserves the right, where reasonably necessary and subject to applicable law, to modify, suspend or cancel the giveaway if circumstances beyond its reasonable control make it impossible or impractical to continue the giveaway as planned.
Any significant modification will be communicated through ARIMAA's official communication channels.
15. ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS
Participation in the giveaway constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
The complete Terms & Conditions are made available on ARIMAA's website throughout the promotional period.
16. APPLICABLE LAW
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws applicable in Belgium, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection provisions that may apply to participants in their country of residence.
For any dispute concerning the giveaway, the competent courts will be determined in accordance with applicable Belgian law and mandatory consumer-protection rules.
