We carefully prepare every order to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Our goal is to provide a smooth, reliable, and premium delivery experience for customers across Europe and beyond.
1. Shipping Areas
ARIMAA currently ships throughout Europe. However, certain remote regions, islands, or specific destinations may not be available for delivery at all times.
If your country or region does not appear at checkout, please contact us at info@byarimaa.com and we will do our best to arrange a shipping solution for you.
For shipping destinations outside Europe, please contact us before placing your order so we can confirm availability and delivery options.
2. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Please note that processing times may be slightly extended during collection launches, sales periods, holidays, or high-demand seasons.
3. Shipping Method
All orders are shipped through Bpost using the Bpack World Business service, ensuring secure and reliable delivery throughout Europe and internationally.
4. Estimated Delivery Times
Belgium
- 1–3 business days
Rest of Europe
- 2–7 business days
International Destinations
- 5–15 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs procedures, carrier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or periods of exceptionally high demand.
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on:
- Delivery destination
- Package weight
- Package dimensions
ARIMAA offers free shipping on orders over 120€.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, ARIMAA will provide a tracking link via email, allowing you to monitor your shipment in real time.
If you have not received tracking information within a few days of placing your order, please contact us.
7. Delivery Issues
If your order:
- Arrives damaged
- Is lost in transit
- Has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe

8. Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout.
ARIMAA cannot be held responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost parcels resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
9. Taxes and Duties
For orders shipped within Europe, applicable taxes are included in the final price displayed at checkout.
For shipments outside Europe, customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by local authorities.
These charges are not controlled by ARIMAA and remain the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing your order.
10. Exceptional Delays
During peak periods, including holidays, promotional campaigns, product launches, or sales events, deliveries may experience longer transit times than usual.
ARIMAA appreciates your patience and understanding during these periods.
11. Lost Packages
Once a parcel has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is managed by the carrier. However, ARIMAA will gladly assist customers in opening an investigation if a shipment appears to be lost or significantly delayed.
